How do I get an user name and password?

If you are a member of the IFRC research team you should have an username and password. If you do not have a username and account, please contact Roelof Versteeg at roelof.versteeg@skyresearch.com. If you are not a member of the IFRC research team the decision on whether to grant you access is made by the project PI (John Zachara). His contact information can be found here

I have forgotten my password - what do I do now?

If you forgot your password you can retrieve this automatically by clicking here. A new password will be sent to you to your registered email.If you do not know your username, or your email has changed, email Roelof Versteeg at roelof.versteeg@skyresearch.com .

I would like to reset my password

You can reset your password to something which you can remember by doing the following:

• Go to the forum and log in into the forum http://www.300areaifrc.org/forum
• Click on the "User control panel" link
• You will now see a panel appear. In this, click on "Profile"
• Click on "Edit account settings"
• You can now reset your password or the email associated with your account
