Data package upload and access

This is the central place through which users can upload and access data packages.

A data package is any free form organization of data submitted by a IFRC contributor to the IFRC project. Submission of a datapackage serves multiple objectives.

• First, it provides a common mechanism (with low activation energy) for IFRC scientists for submitting and sharing data (even when it is in an interim format).
• Second, it is the first step in getting data in a more formal database structure.
• Third, it creates a common location where scientists can figure out what data exists within the project.
• Finally, it provides a tool for the project PI and DOE Office of Science staff to track and monitor the degree to which individual scientists meet their obligation in submitting data.
